Andrew McCabe is the Director of the Risk Management Division in the Loans Programs Office (LPO). He serves as a primary point of contact between LPO and the Office of Management and Budget and the Treasury Department and liaises frequently with other Federal credit programs. His professional background includes twenty years of corporate and project finance experience, achieved in both private sector and government agency environments. Prior to LPO, Andrew was the Deputy Vice President of Asset Management at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, where he led teams responsible for major project and corporate loan restructurings and recoveries. He has also held previous positions within LPO, ABN AMRO Bank, Development Finance Corporation and Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, financing and managing a diversity of financial assets in the real estate, power, and high-tech sectors in the United States and abroad. Andrew earned an MBA from University of South Carolina's MIBS Program, a MA in Russian and East European Studies from George Washington University and a BA from Kenyon College.
