Bunker is a Defense Civilian currently within the Air Force Secretariat managing SPPBE and related improvement and transformation activities. Across the last two years, he has worked to support a SECAF initiative to build an Enterprise Risk Management capability to provide a vertical and horizontal understanding of holistic risks to improve Senior Leadership decision making. Prior to this, he worked C2ISR capability development and joint interaction. Bunker is a retired Air Battle Manager aboard the E-3 AWACS. He has over 34 years of experience supporting and serving in the government including his 20-years active duty in the Air Force.
