Lenore Dauchess

Lenore is an experienced strategist, risk practitioner, process improver and all-around problem solver. She currently leads the ERM practice at CMS and has been focused on integrating strategic planning with enterprise risk thinking to ensure resources are smartly aligned. Lenore also leads several high-impact enterprise risk mitigation efforts focused on National Security concerns.

Prior to joining CMS, Lenore led efforts to design accountability processes and systems and Customer Experience (CX) programs at the Department of Veterans Affairs, led a risk assessment function at Department of Defense that considered risks to major automated information systems (MAIS) programs over $1B as they moved through milestones and funding processes, and established the Enterprise Risk Management function at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Lenore also ran quality organizations in various financial firms, including General Electric, Genworth Financial and Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia Securities).

Lenore is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Lean Practitioner, PMP, Agile Practitioner and is certified in the Change Acceleration Process. She resides in Richmond, VA.
