Ernest Forman is a Professor of Decision Sciences at the George Washington University, specializing in risk assessment and risk management. Prior to joining GW, he was a member of the technical staff at The MITRE Corporation. He served in Admiral Rickover's Nuclear Power Program as a Navy Lieutenant. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineer from The University of Rochester, a Master of Science Degree in Management Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Doctor of Science Degree in Operations Research from The George Washington University
